Charge 5 exercise tracking

Charge 5 has stopped transferring data on exercise runs etc onto app

all data breakdown is on watch at end of run and total steps etc are shown on app but no breakdown of run

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

 

In case this is a problem related to the app, please try the following steps:

 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see your information. 
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem. 

In case you're having trouble to sync your information in general, I recommend that you try restarting the device using the three pulse restart method described here. In addition, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
