Charge 5 black/blank screen after charging

Charge 5 black/blank screen after charging - device is very warm - the bottom line is its stopped working!  Where do i send for repair - i'm in the UK ?

Thank you for sharing all these details about the inconvenience you've been having with your Charge 5. 

 

Unfortunately there is no service center available from Fitbit to send it for repair. However, I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
