Has anybody else had the experience of successive failures of their Charge 5? I’m now on my fourth device which has now died. Personally I believe this product is simply not fit for purpose. Fitbit support simply send out a recon replacement, and hey presto, after a few months it falls over again. I’d like my money back or at least some contact with someone who can resolve this situation. Not happy…anyone out there with similar experiences. If so, what’s the best approach to resolve the issue. So far Fitbit, zero out of ten. Andy W

Yep, just took delivery of my 3rd today. Thankfully I got the first one at John Lewis so 2 year guarantee with each one. First two failed the same way, screen stops swiping then later just goes black all the time. 2nd one eventually stopped charging too, showing 100% on the charger and 1% as soon as it came off.
