since yesterday Charge 5 screen flashes white when flicking arm and it goes blank in between even when its tracking and it kept flashing on and off throughout the night and drained the battery overnight. the fitbit help was useless. it asked to restart the device and change the clock interface both which didnt help. I bought this in June 2022. did anyone face this issue and how was it resolved?

I have the same problem. Last night it just flashed Fitbit logo. I tried resetting it and now it is just a white screen. I purchased mine March of 2022.
