Hi my charge 5 watch just stopped working, it had 66% battery, and I just did a reset pressing the button 3 times on the cable.
it has switched on stuck on the clock date of 28Feb and flashing between logo - black screen - clock face, and so it continues to flash in this order.
Any help or suggestions most appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this difficulty with Charge 5.
Please, perform a restart as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If restarting doesn't resolve the issue, change the clock face.
If this fixes the issue, you can change their clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you for your advice.
Completed both steps above. Changed the clock face, still flashing on & off and still stuck on 28Feb date
