Charge 5 stuck on Fitbit logo

Contacted support and tried restart and sync using the app, non of them are working. Support confirmed nothing can be done, no more warranty, confirmed dead.

Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Charge 5 and also want to find a solution to the inconvenience, please note my best advice is to continue troubleshooting the issue with our Support Team. They've been providing all steps necessary for this issue, so basically there's no much else we can provide here in the forums as the steps would be the same as the ones our team has already shared with you. 

Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
