My Charge 5 freezes on the run app pause screen not allowing me to pause or get to the finish button. I've tried rebooting the device. Any suggestions?

Hi, thank you for all the details provided about this inconvenience with your Charge 5, @northrk.
Let me know if your screen is completely stuck on the Pause screen or if you were able to get back to the main clock screen. If possible, please try to complete the restart procedure again using the charging cable.
If the device is still unresponsive, you can also try changing the clock face option and setting up the Charge 5 as a new device in your account.
