Charge 5 frozen on timer

For a reason the timer on my Charge 5 was initiated and i am not aware how to turn it off. Because of this I am not able to see other features.

Hello @Ronn295 

 

Try tapping the screen in the middle and see if a pause button comes up.  If it does, tap it and then it should stop. Or try swiping up from the bottom of the screen.

 

If it's stuck, try tapping the screen twice really firmly.  That might help to bring you back to the home screen.

 

If that doesn't work, connect it to the charger and press the button at the USB end 3 times.  That should reset it back to the logo and then the clock face.
