my Charge 5 won't let me know when I hit 10,000 steps. How do i set that up?

Thank you for all the information that you've provided about this issue with your Charge 5.
Charge 5 tracks your progress toward a daily activity goal of your choice. When you reach your goal, your tracker vibrates and shows a celebration. Please go to your dashboard on the Fitbit app > Tap on your account profile > Scroll down to notifications > Make sure the option "Exercise goal milestones" is turned on.
You can find more information on how to change your goals in this article. In addition, make sure the Do Not Disturb Mode and Sleep Mode options are both turned off, as these settings prevent the device from vibrating when you receive notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders.
