Since this morning my Charge 5 has had a black screen, ive followed soft and hard reset instruction but its still the same. I know its on due to it vibrating but nothing i can do will bring up the screen. Ive only had this since xmas

Hi, I appreciate all the information that you've shared about this problem with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried the different restart procedures available, @Scorpiusuk.
In this case, if you already tried the three pulse restart method described here, make sure that you've also tried changing the clock face option, as this has been useful for other users.

just tried a new clock face but its still the same, it vibrates but the screen is still black,also saw others having the same problem. Tried what they recommended but it cant pair it as the screen is still black,

Well this is my second one thats done this, least this time its still under warranty

so, is that it then? out of ideas?
