Okay so little backstory got this back in August of 2022, maybe a month later I had a big red x that wouldn't go away troubleshoot it all the way is that I was told to do had to send it in took forever and then when I got it back the pebble for whatever reason was damaged where the wristband will attach and stay on but it does not stay on for very long I am constantly losing this, constantly putting it back on after having to take it apart after it falls off. Any slight movement could trigger it to snap off and half the time I don't even feel it. I've almost lost it in multiple stores. I've lost it in my home several times. And now I have a green screen. It has not even been an entire year yet and I have had more problems with this thing then it working properly.
Has anyone been able to troubleshoot it without having to send it in?
Has anybody ever been able to get their money back after it being about nine months?
I'm so frustrated with it.
