Charge 5 grey screen

Have had my Charge 5 for about 4 months and my battery got quite low , charged it now my screen is grey and unresponsive, have tried a reset no luck, Hope someone out there might have some tips for me please

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and that you already tried the restart procedure. 

In regards to the restart process, please make sure that you've tried the three pulse method, instead of the restart available on the device's settings: 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end of the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

If you already tried this procedure and you continue to experience the same problem, I recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. They will let you know how to proceed.
