Yesterday my Charge 5 stopped working and charging. I've tried to restart multiple times; the logo appears then nothing - only a blank screen. It will show 1% - charging, but it never comes alive. I've cleaned the contact points, cleaned the charger pins, tried a new charger, changed outlets, etc. I've also disconnected/reconnected bluetooth, but nothing seems to work.
When I try to sync it to my phone, it occasionally shows up to 50% charge on the phone app display, but the watch itself is dead. Just now it charged to 57%, I took it off the charger put it on, and got a blank screen. I immediately put it back on the charger and now it's showing 1% - WT???
Any remedy?

I was able to confirm you contacted support via chat and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.
