i have contacted the support and they opened a case Charge 5- firmware update - #52435468 , when i follwed up with them they mentioned that they will issue a replacement and while i was waiting for replacement, suddenly one day i received the following mail.

then again i contacted fitbit support , they created another case #52605904 and not disclosing any information

I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them once again.
