Charge 5 just stopped working.
It is showing as 56% battery on iPhone but not syncing up and has blank screen . Trying to get to speak to someone is impossible. Says 10 minutes waiting time waiting currently for over an hour and previously got through after 20 minutes and no response from the operator!!
