Today my Charge 5 stopped syncing. I tried restarting the device. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I keep getting the message that there was an error while trying to bluetooth pair your device. I've tried repeatedly. Because it won't pair the screen is black. I can see my info on the desktop site, but it doesn't show anything for today. Looks like the last pairing was last night. Help!
