Charge 5 is not getting my 250 step reminder - I keep losing out on my 12 of 12 a day target 🎯 because of this. Any ideas?

Hi, @JuppMartha , the Reminders to Move feature is definitely available on the Charge 5.

First make sure the tile “Time to get moving” (with a person in a circle made up of broken lines representing hours in the day) is available on the opening screen of your app.  If you don’t see it, click “Edit” (on the right) and then the + sign to add it in.

Next click on the “Time to get moving tile” where you can see details of active and still time in the week.  On the top right of this screen you will see a gear icon.  Click on the gear icon and make sure that Reminders to Move are turned on!  There you can also select the hours when you will see these reminders and the days of the week that they will be turned on (click to change hours or days).

Once you have made any changes in the app be sure to sync your Fitbit.

Also do make sure that Do Not Disturb is not turned on on your Charge 5 (swipe to check the settings menu on your Charge 5)

I hope this helps.  Please post again if anything is unclear.  Welcome to the Forums!
