Hi.
Got my Charge 5 was great for few days.
Now the heart rate shows 80 and then it will show 120 for example, its just all over the place, very inaccurate.
I tried moving fitbit up and down the arm, i tried my other arm, did restart the device twice, did clear the user data, removed and added it to the app.
Not sure what else can I try , the firmware is up to date.
The only thing that had change , is that I shaved my arm hair , in the place where Fitbit was. I was hoping it would read better.
And i haven't wear it for 2 days.
After this the heart rate reading started acting up.
