I just bought a 5 load and can't swipe left or right. Up and down ok but not left right. Help. I've tried everything, reboot, Restarting, nothing works.

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is having display problems.
I appreciate you sharing the steps that you took to fix this issue. I'll advise attempting to change the clock face on your tracker in order to fix this. Rebooting the display is necessary to finalize the modifications, so do please try that.
