So I ordered a charge 5 on August 9th because my screen on my charge 3 stopped working. The shipping date moved to September and now there's been no date for a few weeks. Fitbit said they expected it to ship at the end of September a couple weeks ago, but we're in like the last week of September and there's still not even a date.
Has anyone heard any updates on the charge 5 shipping? I'm worried that with the expected announcement of the charge 6 that it's gonna be much longer than expected 😞
Best AnswerHello @tryol0 and welcome to the Community. The Fitbit Store says that it is supposed to ship on Sept 27. The tech sites are still in the rumor stage, but Fitbit has a post on X that you can see on this page on Android Police. Everyone seems to think that this is the Charge 6 announcement. Best AnswerSame problem for me. Got an email mine was shipped and should arrive Sept 25th checked the tracking # with USPS and all they have is a label has been made and the USPS “ is not” in possession of the package! Absolutely no update from FitBit. My guess they have no idea when back in stock so they say nothing! Very poor customer service to say the least. Thinking about canceling if no information is upcoming in a reasonable amount of time.
