The plastic connector for the band on my Charge 4 broke. The current option to buy was a Charge 5. I wanted a blue band and fitbit was out of stock, so I bought it on another site. Was I surprised and EXTREMELY disappointed to learn that the Charge 4 to Charge 5 is a downgrade. I always looked at floors climbed on my Charge 4 and it is missing on the Charge 5. Unfortunately, I do not have the original packaging to return it since I destroyed the packaging trying to open it. How can fitbit call the device a continuation of a product but take away features? Is this what we are to expect now? I have had a fitbit since 2010! I do not need or want so many of the new so-called features, but something that is useful and has been available on the fitbits for a long time was taken away. Very, very, very dissappointing!
