I have returned my Charge 5 three times for not syncing and not registering sleep. Chatted with Fitbit. I did alll the things the told me. It will be ok for a week and the same thing happened again. They replaced or refurbished the watch 3 times. Same thing happened again after a week or so. I asked for a refund but they still wanted to send me another. So it sits in a drawer now and a 150.00 down the drain.
