My Charge5 was working accurately until today. I charged it last evening. Today it is showing yesterday’s data and is nit showing my heart rate. This is my 3rd device and I haven’t had any issues before. I did sync it today

Please restart your Charge 5 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If the above doesn't work, may I know if this is the first time you experienced such an issue? Did you sync frequently? When was the last time you sync your Charge 5 before you realized about this incident?
