I have had my Fitbit Charge 5 for a bit, and today while at the pool with my family, it stopped working. I have tried everything to see if that would help, but nothing does. I used to be able to do emails with support, but since the Google takeover, I can't. I have a very busy schedule, and have trouble taking phone calls and making phone calls, but it's like no one cares. I have a warranty and want this replaced, but unless I can call or have them call me, I'm screwed. I don't do Twitter anymore (aka X) and I haven't been on Facebook in months, because I am trying to handle two kids under 10, and I am constantly on the go. Can anyone from Fitbit tell me how to get set up for a warranty replacement, that doesn't have me tied up on the phone ? Please ? I really don't want to have to choose another company, because of this.

Hello @bentleylover
The only way to start the replacement process is to contact Support (<-- click link). Completing the prompts will eventually give you the option to call or chat. The chat option might work best for you.

The only chat platforms available, are ones that I neither no longer have, or barely use. Considering how many Fitbits I have had to replace, I decided to go with a different company. Just don't have the time to be online or on the phone a lot. But thanks anyway.
