Having had 2 very frustrating chats with customer support I want to escalate my complaint. I had to get a replacement charge 5 in may, another in august & now need another one. I take care of my Fitbit & never wear in water etc. They’re clearly not fit for purpose & I’m sick of it. I just want a refund but am getting nowhere. Please help!
