Charge 5 is not charging

Hi there. My Fitbit charge 5 went flat 2 days ago and I put it in the charger and it says it’s charging 0%
and it won’t charge more than 5%.

what do I do?

Hi there, @Eli5678. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not charging. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Charge 5 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.

Hi there, thanks for the reply! Just an update about my change 5. So it wasn’t changing for about 2 days and I tried everything and it still wouldn’t change. And then I randomly decided to try change it again on about the third day and I didn’t do anything different and for some reason it managed to change to 60% but it wouldn’t change further. So I Wore it and it was working fine but lost battery faster than usual. So it was about 1 or 2 days later when it was on like 14% and I put it in the charger the exact same charger and Connection as before. But it wouldn’t charge anymore and actually got flat. It eventually charged to 40% and I kept it in the charger to try and charge feather but it wouldn’t and went flat. So I tried to charge it again today and it says it’s charging but it won’t charge. So I’m really not sure what to do?
