Charge 5 is not tracking my data

Charge 5 is draining quickly, won’t track suddenly even after charging to 100%, won’t sync, spent an hour tinkering with it.  Really frustrated!  All this started happening last night.

Hi, @French17 , I am confident that someone can help you with your issues with a little more specific information.  Could you please let us know exactly what your Charge 5 is not tracking?

For quick battery drain we always recommend giving your device a restart.  This will not cause any loss of data, but it will shut down any background activities that might be causing any unusual battery drain.  Instructions are here .  For best performance moving forward we recommend keeping your Fitbit battery charged between 20-80%.  Although occasionally deep discharges are not likely to do serious harm, we recommend ideally charging little and often so your Fitbit is always ready for action.
