Hello. Restarting a tread about that since the problem was apparently resolved end of March. My Charge 5 has never tracked skin temperature. It tracks everything else. I contacted Fitbit about that they had me restart my device sevel time and my app. I even reloaded the app to my phone. A ticket was open and then closed without anyone contacting me. I started a chat this morning and was told a new ticket would be opened but I got no notification from Fitbit. I'm very disappointed. If anyone has a solution I'd sure like to try it

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Bolo6.
I appreciate all the information that you've shared about this inconvenience with your skin temperature information.
I was able to verify that there's still an ongoing issue with some users no being able to see some of the health metrics, like skin temperature, heart rate variability, breathing rate or resting heart rate. The team is already aware of this problem and they are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible, but we haven't received other updates for the moment.
Please make sure to keep your Charge 5's firmware and the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available. Thanks again for the information and for the feedback provided. Our team is always working to enhance your experience and your feedback is a big part of that process.
