Hi, @Kamatham, welcome to the community, Can you please provide more information? How old is your Charge 5? What is the make, model & OS of your cell phone? Is your Charge 5 and the Fitbit app & Phone updated? Please describe the symptoms, is it syncing with the app? Is the battery charged?

Hi, @Kamatham , your Charge 5 is not running the most recent SW version which is Charge 5 Firmware Update 194.91 - Fitbit Community That said it should still work. What is the make, model & OS of your cell phone? Is the Fitbit app & Phone updated? Please describe the symptoms, is it syncing with the app? Is the battery charged?
