Hello I have a fitbit charge 5 since januari 2023.
Now it suddenly doesn't work anymore.
At first the logo kept blinking but now the screen turned black with stripes.
I tried to restart it with the USB cable but that doesn't change anything.
The screen isn't responding anymore.
Could you help me please.

Hi, @Frederiek, welcome to the community, provided the stripe you see is not a line extending from the left to right (this is an update progress line) then it sounds as if you have a defective device. You should contact "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. It's a good idea to make a note of any steps you have taken & the result so you can brief the agent accurately.
Depending on who you bought your Charge 5 from & your location you may have the benefit of Fitbit's warranty the agent will also need these details.
