I've had a Charge 5 for just 1 year but it is not working anymore. I am very upset because it has only lasted one year! I was very happy with it until one day, after charging the battery, it doesn't seem to respond. The battery only works for 10 minutes. Suddenly it goes to 50%, and in 2 minutes it shows 4% and it dies.
I would like that someone from Fitbit answers my message because it is very disappointing to buy a product that it's going to last just one year. It's not worth it to buy it. Please, could anyone help me?
