Wok up and app said i had walked o er 5 mile. Fist time this has e er happened, whats wrong.

Hi, @Navydad2005 , welcome to the community, Absent any detail of your night's sleep, you might find this article of interest How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity? which explains how steps are detected and how you might delete those you feel are in error. How many steps did it count? 5 miles will be a large number. If this is the first time it has occurred just delete it, if it occurs again try restarting your Charge 5 This Video demonstrates the process.
