Charge 5 is showing the wrong time

My fit bit is 12 hours behind actual time

Hi @Mur65  you using military time? click to learn more. The time comes from your phone or tablet that you use to sync. Be sure to sync a few times and let us know if it gets back to the correct time.

Hi, @Mur65 , if the time on your Fitbit is wrong, that is an indication that it has not synced recently.  You can go to your app and click “sync now” but that is not always effective.  The simplest solution, if sync now does not work, is to log out of your app (but please make sure you know your email and password log on!) and then log back in again.  That will usually force a sync, but your phone or tablet (whatever device you use for syncing) does need to be connected to the internet and your Fitbit needs to be connected via Bluetooth to your app.

 

If you continue to have problems syncing, please post again, giving as much information as possible (e.g. what device you use for syncing - iPhone or Android or tablet etc) and any error messages you are receiving.
