Hello @Pgoodwin03
Your Charge 5 should be getting the time & date from the phone/tablet that has the Fitbit app.
If the time doesn't update when you do a sync in the Fitbit app, this help article has the recommended troubleshooting steps: How do I change the time on my Fitbit? (<-- click link)

Hi there, @Pgoodwin03. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is showing the wrong time. We're here to help you!
As @RiekoC has mentioned, it sounds like your Charge 5 has not properly synced. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
If by any chance you're facing syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Charge 5 is syncing, please try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
