Is there anyway i can still link the fitbit to the Fitbit app on my phone?

Sorry to see you're having trouble with pairing your Fitbit to your phone. 

The first troubleshooting step that I suggest trying is restarting your Charge 5 to see if this will get unstuck. You'll need to use the charging cable that came with your device. Click here to see the instructions on: How to restart the Charge 5 

Hopefully, this will work and you can finish pairing your Fitbit to your phone.

Sorry i meant that the screen is atuck on the Fitbit icon and i cant pair it up
