Charge 5 is tracking too many steps

Since April 21, 2024 I have had 10 intances of EXACTLY the same step count, 5575.  5 of the instances were in a row.  Since this is not very likely, what might be causing this to happen?

Update: actually what has happened is that those specific dates, now reflect my step total for today.  I purposely added to my current day total - it had be 5575 but is now 5618. Those previous days also show 5618  Very Strange

Hello @crsgamer 

This issue has been escalated to the Fitbit team as other users are reporting a similar problem. Hopefully, it won't take too long for this to be fixed.
