Charge 5 is unresponsive

Hi all
So its happened yet again, Charge 5 was working fine yesterday , last night it had the Fitbit logo on the screen and wouldnt do anything and it drained the battery until it died, it wont reset or connect to the app.

Any ideas?

Just an update spoke with CS who have agreed to replace the watch and i need to return the old one which is fine but were ment to send me a return label but as yet it hasnt shown up. Its one thing after another.

As mentioned, I've seen you contacted our Support Team while posting here and they've already assisted you. Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Charge 5 and customer support, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our team. I understand that you want to find a resolution to your issue, but for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team is already handling based on your warranty status. 

If you have not yet received the return label, please check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, please allow a couple of hours to receive the email as told.

У мене сама така проблема була. Вирішив. Я на території України. Тож виявилося, що Fitbit App не досягає Charge 5, якщо на iPhone в налаштуваннях стоїть часовий пояс Київ. Коли змінюється на Європу, то все настає, але з різницею у часі. Я змінив часовий пояс на Стамбул (такий самий як у Києві) і все працює.

I had this problem myself. I solved it. I am in Ukraine. So it turned out that the Fitbit app does not reach Charge 5 if the time zone on the iPhone is Kiev in the settings. When it changes to Europe, everything comes, but with a time difference. I changed the time zone to Istanbul (the same as in Kiev) and everything works.

This is a tip for users in Ukraine
