Charge 5 died yesterday at 55% battery. (I think). The screen is completely black. Tried to charge it and it won't even vibrate. I cleaned the charging port connection. To make sure there was nothing preventing connection. I have no access to the Charge 5 as it is completely u responsive. It will not pair or sync with my phone. Been trying to follow the trouble shoot guide but can't do most of them as my Charge 5 appears dead and doesn't connect to the phone. I did check to make sure software is up to date and it is fully updated.

Last Sync was at 2:55pm at 55% battery and the watch is only like 2 months old.
