I gambled that I would be one of the lucky ones who got a 5 that worked. Never again! I received it yesterday and nothing I did made it perform. I tried every trick within these pages. Today, I sent it back for a refund. I've loved fitbit devices for years. Can't believe they are letting the 5 ruin their reputation and just still selling it, knowing this. I am so disappointed in fitbit. Will never buy another one again.
