My charge5 is not working, blank screen and cannot connect to my phone. It’s out of power and cannot start the device. I tried to push the button on the charger several times but it’s not working. I would like to talk about it with Korean service center.

As per the description of your post, it seems like your Charge 5 ran out of battery completely. If you've tried charging your Charge 5 for more than 2 hours but to no avail, please see Why ins't my FItbit device's battery charging?

now I can charge it and I checked it’s able to connect to my phone. But still screen blank.

@Dongha Thanks for those details.
Please restart your Charge 5 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have exactly the same problem. Charging and restarting (pressing 3 times on the charging cable button) doesn't help at all. After being fully charged, the battery is drained in a couple of hours. The problem started yesterday.
