Charge5 has good battery life currently 70% and will typically last 7days.. Put it on water lock whilst I went for a swim. Now screen stays black and does not respond to touch to unlock.
I have tried :-
1) Syn in phone app. Shows sync data in app.
1) 3 pulse reset. Fitbit logo appears, vibrates then screen goes black and does not respond.
2) went into app on phone, changed clock face, downloads to Fitbit as screen shows download status, screen goes black and does not respond.
please help

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @TrickyRNY!
Sad to that you're having issues with your Charge 5. Thanks for having tried all the usual stuff yourself to get things fixed. As those obviously didn't work for you, I'd suggest to contact Fitbit support for further assistance:
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Hi please let us know how you get on as I have the same problem! I’ve got a case reference and the trouble shooting they gave me didn’t work

I had the exact same thing happened to me with my Charge 5 as well. I did a swim and it showed the swim lock. After swimming I noticed that it was not responding and had gone black. I followed all of the steps that Fitbit gave me when I called the help desk. After a couple of days in a bag of rice I plugged it in and charged it up and it seemed to work just fine. Then I tried it again and made sure that it had the swim lock on and it again went black and did not respond at all this time.
