Charge 5 is unresponsive

the screen is unresponsive, even thought the device is still collecting data and syncing to the app. I've tried to restart using the cable DOZENS of times with no success. It simply shows me the charging icon and DOES NOT restart. I have an open case on this but the chat option for support seems to be broken and wont open so i cant contact anyone at Fitbit. I can guarantee i've done all the troubelshooting tips that are going to be suggested. FITBIT people - i need your help here!

Hi, @TaylorS-159, To contact "Customer Support" use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. The link is dynamic & should present you with contact details local to you. As you have an open case your way forward is to contact CS again.

i appreciate your reply but the issue is their chat isn't working either. I've tried multiple browsers multiple times and the chat box opens, loads, then quits. after a couple times, i just get an error screen.
