Charge 5 is unresponsive

  1. No display on charge 5
  2. No vibration on connecting charger. No display
  3. When clock face is updated the display shows fitbit logo and progress bar. Up dated clock face is not displayed
  4. I had disconnected the charge 5 from the app, now I can not pair it back again as the display is not working and pairing code is not shown.
  5. When it was paired with the phone app- the sleep, steps etc are updated on the phone showing that the device is working. It gets charged normally when charged.
  6. No vibration when charger is connected or for any notifications.

When the button on the charging cable is pressed no response. Cable working fine.
