Has anyone else had problems getting a replacement device due to the battery not holding a charge?
I've been trying since April to get a replacement within warranty.
Now they aren't even replying.
My warranty doesn't end till September.
Any ideas?

I have been using the Charge5 since December, 2022 and I am on my 3rd one (I upgraded this time to the Charge6). I am starting to think that Fitbits are disposable after only 6 months...either way, this is the last one I am trying that is the Fitbit brand. I love it when it works but I have become addicted to my daily statistics so when it decides to die I feel lost. I purchased the Charge6 even though the 2nd Charge5 I was still under warranty. The hoops that Fitbit/Google make you go through to get a replacement are insane and take forever! I have now invested too much money into something that does not have the life that it should!
