It wouldn't update for the last hour of the day, did everything to restart it, now the lights on the back have gone off ,it won't charge and 4 emails to fitbit support and nothing from them not even can acknowledgement of receipt of email, this is my 4th fitbit but everything there's an update this leads to issues I'm so disappointed I've had to get my old charge 2 out and am using this until the 5 can get sorted 😢

Although it shouldn't be this way, I've noticed that Support is not very good about replying to emails.
You can use this link (<-- click) instead. Complete the prompts until you get to the page with the contact options.
Personally, I had better response when I called versus using the chat feature.
