Charge 5 is unresponsive

Charge 5 had red light on back, 100% battery but warning red msg battery critical. I contacted Help, received automated response 'will answer in 48 hrs' next email Saying to contact fitbit help as my question not Google related. When I go to Fitbit help in directed back to Google help!! So disappointed with Fitbit - the life span seems to be 3 years if you're lucky i wasted 72 hours waiting for advise, fitbit now dead.

Yes I contracted Google support I then had a msg from them giving me a link to fitbit support. Clicking on that link took me back to Google support. A circle :blue_circle:  !!
