My Charge 5 stopped working on July 24, 2024. I am not exactly sure how old it is, less than 18 months.
Issues:
-the screen won’t respond
- it trembles when I attach it to the charger
- I left it on the charger overnight
- it disconnected from my iPhone and won’t reconnect
- it trembled each of the three times I pressed the button on the plugged on the charger cord
What do I do now?
