Charge 5 isn't tracking my ECG data

ECG function not responding after a few months.

Hi, @Haveli , assuming you are in a country that allows the ECG app (see here for the list), you may need to uninstall and then reinstall the app if it is not working properly.

 

On your app (not the Charge 5 itself) at the bottom of the opening Today screen, please see the “discover” tab at the bottom.  On the next screen scroll down to find “clocks and apps gallery” then click on apps and find ECG.  Choose uninstall and be sure to sync your Charge 5.  Confirm that the ECG app is no longer on your Charge 5, then return to your app and reinstall the ECG app.  Once again be sure to sync your Charge 5 and confirm that it has been restored.  Hopefully it will be working.

 

As always, make sure that your app is up to date as Fitbit makes frequent updates to features in the app.  You also may want to give your Charge 5 a restart .
