I bought a charge 5 only a week ago from a big name store. After 24 hours, I found the heart rate, active zones, hourly activity and sleep stopped working. I sent the watch back and bought one from fitbit. This is exactly the same apart from the fact that these things didnt work straight from the off. I've read the replies on here and yes, they are switched on and synced. Is this another return and give up or am o doing something wrong?

Hi there, @Psychobabby. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. Thanks for taking the time to find the answer to your issue here in the forums.
Please note that all data you're missing are based on your heart rate readings data. With that being said, please give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.

Thanks for that. Quick report, I went into settings and had a play about, I can now get my heart rate, but only if the watch is on the back of my hand, not on my wrist. 🤷:female_sign:
