Charge 5 isn't tracking walks properly

My Charge 5 isn't tracking walks properly. All I'm getting are diagonal lines and not correct distance walked.

Hello @suzie_tas 

Are you letting your Charge 5 auto-recognize your walks? If so, have you tried manually starting & ending your walks to see if you get better tracking?

When you say that you're getting diagonal lines, please share with us where you see this. Is this on the Charge 5 or in the Fitbit app?
